In order to preserve the aesthetic quality of King Oaks, prior approval of any exterior alteration, modification, or addition to individual property is required. This includes, but is not limited to:
Forms and applications for submission can be found on the resident portal. The authority to review and approve modifications is delegated to the Architectural Review Committee in accordance with the governing documents.
Please note that the review of submittals can take up to thirty (30) days.
