Come meet our Aggieland Veteran, Sgt. Monte Bernardo, and see the progress on his mortgage-free, custom home being built through the efforts of the Aggieland Community.
During the event, you will have the opportunity to write a Note of Love & Support to Sgt. Bernardo on the wood framing of his future home. These notes will be forever preserved in his home to provide a lasting memory of strength and support to Sgt. Bernardo from the Aggieland community.
J.R. Martinez Coming to King Oaks June 29
Plus, from 12-2 p.m., Army veteran and Operation FINALLY HOME spokesman J.R. Martinez will be at the event to visit with guests and autograph copies of his new book, “Full of Heart: My Story of Survival, Strength and Spirit.” Martinez recently rose to the spotlight after winning Dancing With the Stars Season 13. His book will be available to purchase for $20 at the event, benefiting Operation FINALLY HOME.
