The 7th Annual Downtown Street and Art Fair is almost here! The event will take place on Saturday, April 9th, 2016 from 10 a.m. -6 p.m. in the 200 block of W. 26th Street in conjunction with Texas A&M’s Parents Weekend. The event features artists from across the region selling their handmade creations. There will also be hands on art demonstrations, live music and street performers. Admission is free.

Wine & Roses Festival

Located at the Messina Hof estate, this one day festival will celebrate the 32nd anniversary of the budding of the vines and the blooming of the roses. Over 2,000 guests will gather to enjoy wine tasting, local vendors and artisans, the famous grape stomp competition, wine pairings and more. Admission to the festival is free with the exception of a few events that require tickets which can be pre-purchased or included in one of our specialty packages. A portion of the proceeds from Wine & Roses benefit the Brazos Valley Arts Council.

Greater Brazos Valley Builders Association Parade of Homes

The Karl Rehn Trio, led by keyboardist/vocalist Karl Rehn, plays Texas blues, New Orleans funk, and Southern style jamband music. Karl grew up in Austin’s music scene working with rock, blues, jazz and funk bands for more than 30 years. He moved to Aggieland in 2007, where he performs regularly with his trio, as well as with the Luigi's house band, Midnight Express, Leannasaurus Rex, and the Brazos Valley All Stars.
