New 1+Acre Homesites with Views Released Adjacent to the 60-Acre Nature Preserve!

New Entrance

We recently released a new section of 1+ acre homesites in The Preserve at King Oaks to meet continued buyer demand for acreage homesites in Bryan-College Station. With the gated entrance to this new neighborhood now complete, it’s a great time to come and tour these beautiful homesites, many of which offer privacy and breathtaking views of the adjacent 60-acre nature preserve.

With less than 90 lots remaining in the community, now is the time to secure your lot, or pick your neighbors by introducing a friend to King Oaks. For more information on pricing and availability of new homesites, or to receive an interactive map of The Preserve, please email or call 800-639-7470 to schedule your tour.

Road Repair Complete

Grimes County has made significant improvements on King Oaks roads in recent months, from making road repairs within the community to resurfacing CR175.

A small section of road from the King Oaks Nature Preserve to the King Oaks Fishing Pond Pavilion remains outstanding, and is slated for repairs later this year.
