Area real estate booming

The recent growth of Bryan-College Station has led to a record-breaking real estate boom in 2015. Home sales in the area were up 21% in September 2015 versus September 2014, and have been ahead of 2014 for every month of 2015. The average home price in September was up 8% year over year. Available home inventory is at its lowest since TAMU began tracking 25 years ago – 2.9 months of inventory – a healthy market is 6 months’ supply! There is a significant shortage of homes in the area.

With all the excitement and growth in Bryan-College Station, there’s never been a better time to be a part of the quiet, country lifestyle offered here at King Oaks. If you have anyone considering living in King Oaks, we’d love to help them find the homesite to build their dream home!
